OUR HISTORY

On 2 March 1952, Loris and Walter Fontana founded Fontana Luigi SpA, the first company of what would later become the Fontana Gruppo. Over the years, the Group has grown into an organization that today employs more than 6,000 people across 27 factories and 32 branches throughout Europe, the Americas, and India.
Listening again to Loris Fontana’s words reaffirms the same values of continuity, transparency, and aspiration to greatness she learned from emotionally retracing the Company’s long journey several years ago. These principles remain just as relevant and vibrant today as they were 74 years ago.
