AGT MAKE FORBES LIST OF BEST MIDSIZE EMPLOYERS
On May 1, 2018, Forbes released its annual rankings of the best employers in America for 2018 and Acument Global Technologies, a Fontana Gruppo company, is one of the 15 Michigan companies that made the overall list of 500. Acument also ranked 10th among the Michigan best and 18th among all companies in the Engineering, Manufacturing industry category.
Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to identify and calculate the companies liked best by employees with their annual ranking of America’s best employers. In ranking companies, Forbes divides the list into two separate categories: one for the top large companies with more than 5,000 U.S. employees, and another for the top midsize companies with 1,000 to 5,000.
To create the list, Statista surveyed 30,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. All the surveys were anonymous and the respondents were asked to rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others. Statista then asked respondents to nominate organizations in industries outside their own. The final list ranks the 500 large and 500 midsize employers that received the most recommendations.
