Gianni Rubin, Fontana Gruppo HR Director, shared the Group’s experience at the conference “Building Cohesion – Companies, People and Communities in the Age of Liquid Modernity” organized by UPIVEB as part of the association’s 2-day 60th-anniversary celebration last May 19. “Fontana Gruppo has managed the cohesion of four continents quickly.
