GIUSEPPE FONTANA APPOINTED “CAVALIERE DEL LAVORO”

The President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, has signed the decree appointing Giuseppe Fontana, CEO of Fontana Gruppo, a global leader in high-quality fasteners, and Chairman of Gruppo Villa d’Este, active in luxury hospitality, as a Cavaliere del Lavoro, Italy’s highest honor for entrepreneurs.

The title of “Cavaliere del Lavoro”, granted by the President of the Italian Republic, is awarded to individuals whose personal history demonstrates exemplary civil and social conduct and who have contributed to the growth of the national economy, innovation, and social development.
